How to deal with schozophernia sickness

Do you believe that sick people can win the Nobel Prize? You are extremely wrong if you don’t believe this. John Forbes Nash Junior, who has schizophrenia won the Nobel Prize for inventing economic equilibrium theory. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder, caused by abnormalities of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. Those abnormalities can cause delusions and hallucinations which can disturb the schizophrenic’s life. Many schizophrenics are dead because they cannot control themselves; therefore, they usually commit suicide. Although the sickness is horrible and terrible, schizophrenics don’t need to be afraid. I have schizophrenia too, but I can control myself so that I can live in society and even achieve the winning prize in the Koran competition. So, I would like to explain how to deal with schizophrenia, including how to control ourselves, how to encourage ourselves and how to be a confident schizophrenic.

In many cases, schizophrenics cannot control themselves. It is because they are influenced by hallucinations and delusions. They see something horrible but actually it is not real, they also hear something that is not real. The hallucinations and delusions instruct them to do something, like committing suicide, and convince the individual of a false reality. If the hallucinations come, you may ignore it. Try to control yourselves as well as possible. Believe that the sound that you hear is not real. Use your logical thinking. In addition, as a schizophrenic, don’t feel like a minority in the society even though people are mocking you. Encourage yourselves by doing some activities that you like. Sometimes I write to calm myself. I also like reading poetry and doing theatre. If you are motivated, you will be confident. Try to join some organizations that can build your self esteem. If you can do it, just try to communicate with your closest neighbour or friends. Believe that you have the same capability as others have.
